Losing points for trips I'm not doing

I am behind FURIOUS. On 25th May a trip was recorded that I never did (car was parked at work). I lost 10 points for a 68km unrecorded trip. I am still waiting on investigations. After numerous emails I'm told its still under investigation. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. What do you know. I log on this morning to randomly check and this morning again I've lost 20 points for a 24km unrecorded trip at 4:25am! Which I was FAST ASLEEP. I better get answers within the next 24 hours or I will definitely be looking to move as points means money.
