Substantial increase to premium due to claim. Requested review for lower amount and received response that no discount can be granted. Phoned to cancel policy and transferred to Fundiswa Loza and received excellent service. Thank you Fundiswa. You changed my view on Discovery Insure back to exceptionally high levels.
