Long wait with call center

Hi I'm not Complaining with the claim and service I received from electrician. My complaint is about the call center and the lack of feed back and action. I called yesterday at 13.00 and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes. When I called back at 16 to find out when would someone be calling me they advised there was no record of my call!! I 'm totally frustrated of the lack of professional service! I want for someone to listen to calls and report back how come the person didn't act as she had promised.
