Long Claim Finalisation Time (***)

I'm a 3rd party claimant who has been waiting a whole month since my accident (undisputed/uncontested) where my parked car was hit by their client. Everytime i call in for the finalisation outcome I get stories about the person handling my claim being absent/away as if the whole claim is dependent on that one person. I'm driving around in a damaged car with no idea of when it will be fixed due to poor service / attitude of the staff. You get a sense of "there's nothing i can do" from everyone you're dealing with and i have to call in everyday and wait on the line for minutes to find that no one is willing to assist.
