Logging Telephonic Claim

I've been trying to log a claim on my Home insurance. I've been on the phone for over an hour and have been transferred between departments at least 11 times I have a problem on my irrigation system and home contents seems to transfer me to building department and building department to home contents. Having used up over 60 minutes of air time I've achieved exactly nothing. A very frustrating and time wasting experience!!!
