Locked out on a sunny day...

My nanny accidently locked herself out of our home today. I called discovery emergency service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lerato Desire Seemela. while on the line with me, she appointed a service provider to assist. Lerato called me back to let me know the time frame in which the service provider would take arrive and then did another follow up with me within the next hour to hear if everything is ok and if we are sorted.
