Firstly, I was grateful that *she* called me to reinstate my policy when my policy lapsed - I did not have to get in touch with discovery myself (I don't if this always happens, or if other service people/insurance companies have taught me to expect so little. </p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, she was very friendly, and very imformative. It was a smooth pain-free process, and it really was like I was talking to a friend and they were helping me out with something. So more than pleaseant experience overall!</p> <p> </p> <p>Janet </p>
