Lightning speed claim with Discovery Insure

I guess it is as important to raise when things go wrong, what it is when they go right.

In my case this is the latter that happened. Had an issue with my laptop under insurance and it's been sorted in the blink of an eye. It took about a week between they fetch the computer for evaluation, to the point I received a voucher to get a replacement.

Thandeka Mncube had been instrumental in this and her regular follow up have also been precious. She was even on leave for a couple of days, but made sure one of her colleagues would update me. I do value great customer service and this is exactly what happened here.

If only we could find this quality of services everywhere..!
