*****, ******** and They don't live up to their promises. Disappointed.

I am ****ed and disappointed with Discovery insure. I took out car insurance with them and one of the many reason that I choose them is that the sales person mentioned to be that should I get bumped from behind and it was not my fault I would not pay the excess, guess what this happened and nowI'm told to pay. I told the lady processing my claim that I wanted the call recording, she told yes she listened to the call and that Discovery sales person mentioned this within the 3 mins of the call. Now I am busy running after her to provide me with feedback so I can take my car and she's no longer responding back to me. her 1st excuse was that manager was not available and now she's all silent. my car is supposed to be booked tomorrow and I'm not sure where I stand. I want this sorted out
