I am very disappointed with Discovery, in August 2020 an agent called me and convinced me to leave my then insurer to join Discovery. The benefits were inviting and the benefit that convinced me was that I will receive a minimum of R500 cashback should I spend R1600 or more on petrol a month. I changed to Discovery not knowing that I am being misled and **** to. Ever since I have been receiving cashbacks of R90 or less. I called to enquire about this and I was told I have to be on a certain plan to receive the minimum of R500. ***? I was never told this in the beginning, the agent clearly **** to me and misled me. I am considering changing an insurer as I am paying R170 more compare to what I was paying but the benefit that led me to Discovery is clearly not being met
