***** and theives

Do not insure with Discovery, they are ***** and *******. If you do, you will continue to regret it long after you attempt to close your account.

I sold my car before immigrating 2 months ago, and informed Discovery of this, and asked them to cancel my insurance policy (I cannot insure a car which I do not own). They have still not done this and I have just been debited for my second installment after I asked them to close the account. This is theft. I have followed up multiple times (a total of 5 reference numbers) but they keep deferring responsibility with comments like 'your query has been submitted to our retention dept.' There is nothing to retain. I do not have the car to insure it. This is anyway a weak excuse, given the fact that this is supposedly a "digital" company, and given the speed of response times to claims and new customers.

Close my account. Give me my money back.
