Levels of Greatness
Called in to find out why my motorcycle being uploaded was taking so long only to find that the information I was given last week is somewhat incomplete - he took it upon himself to run the process accordingly to get the upload done and the supporting departments to validate accordingly. Holding for him was a pleasure. he's on the money!!
