The Claims handler above has displayed the most atrocious level of assistance, or lack thereof, regarding a claim. Not responding to emails for weeks, not calling to provide any update at all and not honoring scheduled call backs. Essentially just vanishing from the face of the earth. This is all despite having received the necessary documentation that she had requested in order to process the claim. When I call into the claims department, nobody (except Palesa) could give a care in the world. An absolutely disgusting claims experience that is not in line with the core values of Discovery as a company.
