Dear Discovery,
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Lerato Mulaudzi for the exceptional service she provided in assisting us with our Vitality Drive.
We had been struggling for over three months, dealing with various consultants who either promised to call back and never did, or sent emails claiming to be sorting things out but never followed through. It was a frustrating and exhausting process.
Then I had the good fortune of being assisted by Lerato. In less than a day, she resolved everything — got our sensors in the cars working, arranged our petrol reimbur*****ts, and ensured everything was running at 200%. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care are truly remarkable.
I honestly wish Discovery had more consultants like Lerato — she turned a very frustrating experience into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
