I was definitely going to cancel my insurance with Discovery but how you intervened and assisted with my claim was reassuring that there are still people who actually love their job and value their clients. So thank you a million times. A claim that took over a month to obtained status took you less than 3 days to assess and finalise. You deserve some sort of recognition. Actually Discovery should consider you for the next supervisory position.
