Lebuang - SUPERSTAR

I have been put in a terrible spot by my current insurer (BAD review to follow soon on that...) and I needed to find new insurance. I called the Discovery Call Center and spoke to Lebuang.

After weeks of nightmares with my current insurers, Lebuang was kind, helpful and very well versed in what was required for Discovery to assist me. The price she gave me at the end really surprised me, as I was fearing the worst when I called in.

Having submitted all details she had activated my policy, and only requested I obtain details from my current insurer to include on my policy. I managed to get this, and speaking to Lebuang in confirmation of this, I was at ease that when the start date of my new policy rolls around, I will be decently covered in terms of insurance.

Lebuang is certainly a superstar and she has made my day, when all actually looked very bleak. Her service and customer care ethic and demeanor absolutely deserves applause, and I trust Discovery knows what a gem of an employee they have, as I honestly have not been able to issue such a good review in years, it is RARE.
