Lebo redefines client service!!!

WOW, what an amazing service experience. I dealt with Kelebogile Diale (Lebo) for my emergency claim today (Sunday) and she was phenomenal. I was astounded by the degree of care she showed all the way through to the repair being completed. This was characterised by regular calls from her to keep me updated and getting the right people out immediately.
