Leaving a female student in the lurch ! Worst service ever!

<p>My daughter's car was broken into on Saturday, 11 February, in Stellenbosch. We reported the incident to Discovery Insure immediately. It has been more than 2 weeks and they still haven't arranged to have window replaced. Not only have I spent more than an hour waiting to speak to someone in their call centre, but they keep on getting the email addresses and cell numbers wrong! Call centre personnel, like Shannon, and Lorato and Dineo promise that someone will phone my daughter, but nobody phones us back to make arrangements. They eventually promised me last week Monday, 20 Feb, that Glassfit in Stellenbosch will fix window on Friday, 23rd or Saturday, 24th. Again nobody phoned my daughter to make arrangements, and when she phoned Glassfit herself, they told her they can now only do it next Wednesday!!! My daughter has had to make use of Uber, or missed classes. </p>
