I have evertime such bad experience with this insurance company. They keep on repair items and the excess amount is ridiculously high and same value replacement costs. I won't recommend Discovery Insurance to anyone. They failed me in so many ways. I'm good enough for my monthly payments but yet don't get the excellent service from them. The service is pathetic.

must be done at or by a repairer or supplier of our choice.
The suppliers we make use of are part of our panel therefore prices have been negotiated in advance in order to keep premiums reasonable and take advantage of lower charges from suppliers.
We are notified you have since opted to abound the claim.

My advice to all South Africans to be careful if you choose Discovery Insure.
