Lazy staff and pointless responses.

There has been a lack of meaningful interaction in the last 2 weeks regarding my issue. Incentives that Discovery has offered has failed and they are dragging their feet to resolve it.

Staff are also responding in such a way that it dismisses the issue, which is unacceptable.

I've sent an email to multiple addresses now outlining my expectations. Failure to resolve my issue will result in escalation to the Ombudsman for misleading advertising.
