lamentable service!!!

Discovery Insure.... I am tired, drained and I don't think I have any other words to explain the service you guys have given me. I don't have my car and I don't have an update from you guys since the last call I received from you after my last complaint on hellopeter. Do i really need to complain on this platform before i get any service. Everytime i call the person handling my case is either absent or on leave and the best part is that after i asked the person i just spoke to not drop the line she did just that.
