Lacking Integrity its disappointing- Broker is unhelpful

Good Morning,

I have had such an awful experience with Discovery Insure (for business). 1. We do not get monthly invoices/ receipts of payments from your team 2. And when we ask for them it takes 2 months to get them 3. Our working conditions changed, as we changed offices put stuff in storage exposing us to less risk. We requested a revision of our premium for one month. It only charged us one month and then reverted back to larger figure 4. Our advisor/broker is very non-responsive 5. They are sending us multiple emails to switch to the new alternative and I keep emailing/ sms for them to call me and they don’t 6. They provided a number for me to call, which I have tried numerous times and no one has picked up
