Lack of transparency and honesty

This Insurence company is a mediocre, lack of transparency and honesty. Upon affiliation with them on Insurence, you are promised things to which they themselves are unable to comprehend and deliver to their customers. Turnaround times very poor….something that should take two days takes about almost week if not more. I am planning on getting a better value for money elsewhere because clearly discovery insure still need to discover themselves.
