Lack of service - unacceptable!!!

Why does the claims department not answer their phones for two days? Why am i sent an email from my "claims administrator" - Tshepo Mohatle but when i try and reply the emails come back to me? Why is there a telephone number i can call but doesnt work? This is unacceptable!!!
