Lack of service

This is the second claim for a vehicle accident through Discovery Insure over two years and still experience the same lack of service. Phoning is a nightmare as calls are cut all the time being transferred between departments. When you send an email to the claims consultant it's like sending an email into the abyss as there is no reply.
