Lack of response/feedback

I sent my vehicle to a panel beater for repairs. After getting my car back, I discovered issues with it. I immediately contacted Discovery and informed them of the issue. I also told them that my vehicle is unsafe to use.<br> <br> Spoke to them 4 times yesterday. Last call was with Ravi. He assured me via email that an assessor would contact me today. Still no response. <br> <br> Pathetic customer service. Sent another email to Ravi today. Still waiting for a reply. In the meantime my vehicle incurs more consequential damage.
