LACK OF INTEREST IN CUSTOMERS FROM DISCOVERY & THEIR BROKERS

I insured a Mahindra Bolero with Discovery Insure, but due to the fact that the vehicle pulls a coffee trailer and is used for business use, the vehicle was removed from my personal insurance. On Monday, 01/07/2019, I spoke with Mpho from Discovery Insure who advised me that I had to insure the vehicle under Commercial use or it would not be covered in the event of an accident. I was quite happy to do this as I needed cover for my coffee trailer as well. Mpho also advised me that she would get a broker to contact me immediately to ensure that my vehicle was insured under the correct policy.

It is now 03/07/2019 and despite repeated requests to Discovery, no broker has contacted me as yet. This means that my Mahindra Bolero is not insured and if the vehicle is in an accident, I am going to take this matter to the Insurance Ombudsman and hold Discovery liable for any damages

Is there just a lack of interest from Discovery's side or is the broker at fault? If the broker is at fault, then surely Discovery have other brokers?????
