Lack of feedback!!!!!

Hi<br> <br> I first contacted Discovery Insure in September to get a quote. A consultant then called me back. I agreed to go with Discovery insure and confirmed a start date. The consultant promised to send me my policy document ie, terms conditions etc. I heard nothing until mid October. I called back on 15th October. A consultant promised to email me the documents once again. I'm still waiting. Should I not receive feedback by close of business 4/11/2015 I will most definitely be cancelling the policy.<br> <br> Hazelene
