Lack of feedback

I lodged a claim for a damaged drain in November 2014. After investigations, I was informed by Porche Sithole that the claim was approved. Despite numerous requests, the repair has still not been conducted. Although I complained to Brian Mogale as well, no action has been taken. Both Brian and Porche have refused to respond to my emails for the past week and I'm considering an attorney's letter to Adrian Gore to inform him of the poor service.
