lack of delivery

<p>I called in to ask if my one vehicle could have restricted driver removed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told it can be done and I would not incur additional expenses.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the consultant to please mail me the updated schedule to prove that this was done, she said that she would, but she failed to do so </p> <p> </p> <p>I then downloaded the schedule and it was not changed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why bother????</p>
