lack of communication and *********** staff

I have been waiting for two months for the discovery invest support group to assist me with my request which is just to adjust the source code number on my tax certificate but i guess they just too *********** to succeed. I have been sending trails of emails but my request just get closed as if they communicated with me, when i do call in i end up running out of airtime as they transfer you and place you on hold as if you calling to play games on the phone. Its frustating and disgusting to see the level of service you receive from a multi million dollar company i even tried contact the ceo which is Kenny Rabsons but no success. I would never advise anyone to join there group of companies anymore as the service is ****ty.
