Kushaal Deokinandan - customer service excellence!

Kushaal is a shining example of what customer service excellence entails! I called to update my policy work address for my insured vehicle; and to add my new mobile device to my policy portable possessions. With the addition of the new device my premium was increased however Kushaal took the extra time to see if there were any discounts or adjustments he could apply on my policy that would decrease my premium so now I pay a lower premium than what I did before even though I've added to the policy schedule! I was thrilled to say the least! Not only was Kushaal extremely helpful, but also very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions thoroughly and explaining the details of my policy that I didn't understand and even gave me some tips on how to improve my cash back earnings! What a STAR! Thank you Kushaal for putting in the effort to ensure that as a Discovery Insure customer I am well informed and properly treated for the services I pay for - thoroughly impressed and super happy with this level of service from Discovery.
