I called in to try improve my overall policy and was to be honest dreading the call... However, I was provided by such unbelievably , good service by KUSHAAL , that he has made me commit to Discovery. I was on the brink of re evaluating... he was so professional, so knowledgeable, so pleasant and so encouraging that the entire experience has made me personally re evaluate how I approach potential problems. The call was dropped twice, by the networks and twice he called me back at his own initiative... He has made my day, month and year and has not only saved me money but he has also left me more informed about the products and service. Thankyou for going the extra mile...
