<p>Good experience with Kushaal when phoning in to Discovery Insure. I called to amend my policy to remove a vehicle from it. While he was doing this I also enquired about a premium re-assessment. He promised to try although couldn't give any guarantees. He manged to get a slight reduction in my premium and indicated that I could call again to reassess in September. While he was busy with this, he was viewing my reward benefits, he went on to explain that my driving behaviour was good and with just one or two adjustments I could increase my fuel rewards significantly. These are things I already know, but he was quite efficient in highlighting them again and motivating me to get going on them. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, and I appreciate the good service.</p>
