Kudos to Reabetswe Setlau

I have over the past month had 2 claims that have been incredibly inconvenient. My latest claim, my handbag was ****** with my car keys in it. While the specific process key replacements isn’t very obvious in the app. The administrator Reabetswe Setlau did an excellent job clarifying the documents needed to progress the claim so my car’s locks can be changed. As stressful as the ordeal has been, it’s been handled reasonably well.
