Kudos to Discovery Insure

In the late afternoon (after 17h00) of Friday 17th November, I called Discovery Insure to resolve an issue I had with my warranty extension policy. I was lucky enough to get Theresa Vuma on the line. What an amazing client service person!! She knew her stuff, was competent and polite, patient, adept at explaining how to upload documents required on the website etc etc. You could almost hear the smile in her voice. What a wonderful asset you are to Discovery and kudos to Discovery for employing such great staff... Ended my week on a high - so great to find competent staff and companies!! THANK YOU!
