Kudos For Excellent Service & Feedback To Jarryd Hardin @ DQ Track Call Centre Discovery Insure

Great appreciation and thanks to Jarryd Hardin at Discovery Insure DQ Track Call Center for going the extra mile today, 29/11/2017.

Jarryd contacted our client, then guided and assisted the client to accommodate an alternative earlier booking arrangement to fit a Standalone DQ Track device in the clients newly purchased Audi S6 at a service center convenient for the client at a more convenient date before the client was due to go on his December holiday.

Above this, Jarryd also set up an appointment to have the Standalone DQ Track removed from the clients Audi S4 at the dealership, where the client was trading it in to ensure the client would not be concerned about and could avoid being liable a fee of R1,180 as an unexpected deduction during the clients holiday.
