Koketso Mokgehle at Discovery Insure is a STAR!

I was extremely irate when I got to the point of calling Discovery Insure. After emailing and sending messages, with absolutely no response, except those impersonal auto responses. When I eventually decided to call them, since they not getting back to be regarding an increase in my premiums, I got transferred 3 times and each time had to give the same info to the consultant. The last person to take my call was Koketso Mokgehle, in Retentions. She was amazing and I was actually not a kind customer that day. Sorry Koketso.

She listened to what I needed throughout my ranting and raving and she delivered. I am still with Discovery Insure and it is ONLY because of her! And she saved me time and money having to find an alternative FSP and change debit orders, etc. Thank you Koketso Mokgehle!
