<p>Just had the pleasure of switching insurance cover from one vehicle to another through Discovery Insure. The gentleman who took me through the process on the phone - Lancelot Segola - not only knew his way around the process exceptionally well, but also patiently put up with my hundreds of questions. However, it was not only excellent knowledge of the systems and process that made it a great experience, but the human insight that Lancelot displayed by never losing sight of the fact that this was an exciting time for me!
