Kirk De Sai - Retentions Department

I needed to cancel my Discovery Insure Policy, purely due to financial constraints. I was grateful to be put in touch with Kirk De Sai. The phone connection was pretty awful, but Kirk was really patient, articulate and didn't speed through instructions like I my old brain has had to endured in the past. I felt Kirk was putting my best interests forward as well as Discovery's, and I know that takes dedication and s****. In a nutshell, I will be more than happy to deal with Kirk De Sai on any given day. After talking to Kirk, despite a terrible connection, I was left smiling. Thank you Kirk
