Kirk De Sai, Discovery Insure Retentions department
Kirk De Sai retained my Discovery Insure business end Aug 2019, where both parties compromised on Insurance premium.
I asked him if we can do the same when the plan have its anniversary in 2020, and he said I must contact him.
2020 anniversary came, contacted Kirk, he remembered and we compromised again on premium...
