Kind, courteous and quality service

<p>I logged a claim with Discovery Insure and my claim was handed over to the dedicated, kind and diligent Assessor, Mickey Manuel _Cape Town, who came out to hospital to conduct business as it was his priority that my claim gets processed as soon as possible. Everytime there was an issue to deal with, he approached it with a great amount of zeal and dedication. I felt valued in how he dealt with the assessment of my claim. </p> <p>Although I am entirely satisfied with the outcome (something i am still to raise with Discovery Insure), I feel that I cannot take away the glory from the Assessor who went out of his way to ensure that all what he can do is done promptly.
