KICK START TO MY CAR DUE TO LOW BATTERY
This morning I called Discovery Assist for an assistance as my car could not start this morning and i noted that my battery was on low.
I received a call back from Moses to assured me that the assistance will be on its way to my place within 15 to 20 minutes. Indeed the assistance guy arrived on time @08h20 to assist. The important part was that Moses constantly called to assure me that the assistance guy is on his way. Finally as I was assisted, he called again and I therefore confirmed that the assistant guy is working on my car to kick start. This was a great service & follow-up from Moses.
