Keys locked in vehicle and road side assistance

My keys got licked in our vehicle boot during the morning rush of getting kids and their bags in the vehicle to take them to school.

I phoned Discovery Insure and was helped by Josenta Mosingati. He was friendly and extremely efficient. He got the locksmiths (LAR) in contact with me. He also followed up prior to their arrival to indicate the progress and possible time of their arrival.

LAR was also very efficient and professional. The keys were retrieved in a flash and and they assisted in a most friendly manner.

Josenta Mosingati phoned again after the problem was solved to enquire if all was well and if I needed any other assistance.

Discovery Insure's system of calls and SMS worked well and kept me informed.
