My car got key jammed at Table mountain. Everything was ****** out the car. Within 2 days after registering my claim Discovery Insure called me and gave me an agent (Rudy Mathebula) to talk to and email directly. 8 working days after submitting my claim it has been finalised. I just wanted to give a special thanks to Rudy Mathebula the Discovery agent. Even though I was upset, she handled it with grace, clarity and patience.
