hi, I logged a claim yesterday with Kevin Du Plessis with regards to my iphone not working, within minutes I received a claim number and the company fixing the phones received the claim number and proceeded to complete the damage report. within a hour kevin had called me to advise me that he has authorized the claim and I will be receiving a new phone very soon, he had provided me with a 5 star service! thanks again kevin!
