Kennelwe Decline my claim and said sorry I will ask my Team leader if he can over turn the Decision they she blocked me

So my car shows a restricted performance sign with the Engen light on, Towed it in to land Rover, Logged claim, service consultant Kennelwe is allocated to help me. First thing she does, Decline the claim, Tells the Dealership that Part codes listed on the Qotation do not match theirs. The Dealership notify me, I called my insurance for clarification, I'm told that the injectors are not covered under my plan says Kennelwe, I quickly checked my Contract and it says I am covered, she says oh sorry about that I will escalate the matter to my Team leader I will give you feedback on Monday because it was Friday 21 November 2025. So she gave me a car hire extension until Friday 28th November 2025. From Monday of 24th where she was supposed to get back to me she never bothered, I called the whole week, everyone i speak to would say she will get back to me but never did, until I reported the Matter to my Broker Teboho he went through my rejection letter and told me that the letter says my claim is for ignition not injectors, asked his email and gave it to Land Rover so they can give him the Qotation to my surprise Kennelwe Wrote that I am Declined because I'm claiming for ignition not injectors which means she committed ***** so she can suit her reasons to Decline my claim. Yesterday on the 04th December 2025 I communicated with my Broker again and I was told that everything i claimed for is there on my contract and I should fight because I am being miss treated by Kennelwe for no reason, everything I am asking for is there and she admitted earlier that she was the one who made a mistake hence he was going to ask his Team leader to help overturn the Decision. The sad part is that my car only needs R53 000 for repairs and I am paying R10 400 Premium per month for my insurance but this is how i am treated. On that total Qotation the injectors are only R10 000 the rest of the parts are costing R43 000, my Question why are they not excluding the injectors and cover the other components then I can pay the R10 000 difference 🤔 No they will never do that because my be they Prioritize better people and because I am a Black Man this is what I am getting
