Keeping a Customer happy and still insured

I dont normally write reviews. I had a good experience with a guy who was quite knowledgeable about insurance. I was going to cancel and he convinced me of all the right reasons to stay. A big asset to your firm. And definitely knows his policies and the differences between them. I think he should actually be in sales
