I was involved in an accident this morning, I called emergency assist and I was assisted by this guy, Katlego. He is very calm and very informative. He contacted me countless time just to check up on while I was waiting for the tow truck ... he even called me in the afternoon to check if I have arrived home safely. Ne he really showed concern.
