After speaking to one employee at Discovery who was very very unhelpful I called again with the same issue. I just wanted to get an assessment date for my daughter's car that had been damaged in a collision which she already had a claim number for. The whole process took me three phone calls and 40 minutes airtime but on the third phonecall I spoke to Karabo Mabena who was so helpful and professional and got everything sorted for me.
